Stop the Press!!!! Coppedge Sold DVDs after Work!

Oh no- the JPL lawyers broke the case wide open by exposing Coppedge as an after work DVD seller! Unfortunately they never made any connection between that activity and his work performance nor his interactions with other JPL employees.
But one JPL lawyer did make a statement, but that is not testimony nor evidence- the lawyer said something about Coppedge not listening to his supervisors:
Objection, your Honor- counsel is answering for the witness.
With so little being printed about this case it is a sure bet this trial is one very, very boring affair- transcripts sure to cure insomnia.

And he was supposed to report outside business interests, which he didn't. Grounds for dismissal.
Also:
"This doesn't include me and my beliefs," Coppedge said, pointing to a holiday flier admitted into evidence Wednesday. "We are having to sacrifice for a very small minority."
Bent out of shape because the Holiday Party wasn't a Christmas party.

So now Captain Coward knows all about JPL's employment policy and has the evidence that Coppedge sold the DVDs as part of some alleged business interests.
And yes it is a bit retarded that the majority have to bend to the minority.
Ya see, Captain Coward, The party was called the Christmas party until some minority bitched about it.

Is having a yard sale/ garage sale/ tag sale considered an outside business interest wrt the JPL?
