Evolving Languages, Why SteveStory is an Imbecile

Languages change. 

They evolve. 

But they do so by means of intelligent design. 

We are intelligent designers. We determine the meanings of words. We speak those words. Everything about languages involve intelligent agency volition. 

Language evolution doesn't have anything to do with evolution by means blind and mindless processes. EvoTARDs are such clueless losers and apparently very proud of it.
